Wolf Obsession

For those who've seen my sketchbooks already, you may know I have a *slight* wolf obsession. Now thanks to this graphic novel I can somewhat justify it. I do have a dogfight scene or two in the works (and a dogfighter character, as well) , so I've been playing around with a few action shots.

I. Close-up, teeth and snarl. Mouths and paws are finally coming along for me, but the dang ears still kill me:
